An administrative resume aims to help applicants aspiring to get a job in an administration of a particular business office. This format is technically the same as the other resumes, only this focuses on your career details relating to administration. Giving emphasis on these details gives your resume more advantage.
To start, briefly state your career objective. Next, summarize your career profile, putting emphasis on your highest attainment, current job, and your prominent characteristics. This section allows the reader to gauge your overall experience in the field. The next section must be dedicated to your important skills and qualifications that have been developed from your career experience. Stress your skills that are mostly needed in the position of your choice. In addition, include some standard qualifications, such as oral and written skills, computer knowledge, and management skills. This way, the readers see how fit you are for the job. Your flexibility also becomes apparent.
Discuss your education history by stating your course, school, and dates. Include details on your major courses, achievements, and other extra-curricular activities. Next, list your personal information, such as birth date and civil status. Including a reference list is sometimes preferable because employers usually look for them. This serves as their verification tool.
