Adventure Tour Leaders are excellent organizers and guides mostly for outdoor activities.  They posses creativity, physical strength and enthusiasm to ensure that guests and tourists enjoy the adventure they are to encounter.  Adventure Tour Leaders work for tourism companies, resorts, hotels, parks or even camp businesses that offer a package of tours including that of activities such as sports games, hiking, mountain climbing, water rafting, rapelling, diving and others depending on the season and the skills and abilities of the guests.  They must have knowledge in health and safety as well as to be a certified practitioner of first aid and rescue.  These are very important since adventure activities entail plenty of risks that may harm the guest and put the company or business in jeopardy.
