 Education Resume

An education resume format is used by aspiring teachers. If you are keen on getting a teaching position in a famous and reputable school, it is important to make a good impression with your resume.

This may be done by focusing on the details relating to teaching. For example, principals or deans prefer competent teachers who have more experience in teaching. In this case, collect your information and construct your resume effectively.

Start with your career objective: what position are you applying for? Then briefly state your career profile that represents your highest attainment in the field.

State the number of years in the field, your current job, and your most striking characteristic important in teaching.

Elaborate on your teaching experience by listing all your past jobs, starting from the most recent one. State your position, the school, and the dates. Include a brief summary of what you taught and the important contributions to the school and society.

Adding your achievements also optimizes your resume.

Your educational background must also be elaborated in a separate section because your education somehow identifies your teaching quality and standards. List your course title, your college or university, and the dates.

Include details on your achievements in school. List also your reference persons along with their contact numbers.
