A good resumes gets you an interview.

A good resume not only highlights your education and experience but also brings you out as an asset to a company. Advertise yourself and blow your own horn. It shows that you have something important to offer.

This can be reflected in the personal objective section. In this section you should ask yourself the following questions; what is that that I want for my career? Who is best suited to help me accomplish it? How do I want to do it and where? Which level of responsibility am I willing to take?

A good resume has your contact information and shows your professionalism. It shows your ability to communicate effectively through writing. It also says that you can express yourself with ease and that you know who you are and what you want.

To design a good resume, you have to ask yourself about the skills needed for the job you are applying for. Come up with at least six skills you can write in the resume.

In which field could you have used such skills? State how you developed the skills in the past using action-oriented sentences. Assemble all your findings and summarize them in a simple, clear structure. Leave out irrelevant job responsibilities in order to come up with a good resume.
