They must have strong knowledge of the company’s particular annual objective and sales target. They must be able to prepare a thorough plan that can be presented in a free flowing and clear multimedia and audiovisual presentation. They must have a good grasp of how to implement the sales training plan starting from the design towards the actual workshop. They must be able to have great interpersonal skills to be able to monitor effectiveness of the training and achieve cohesiveness of the group to achieve sales goals.
