The job of a technical analyst involves using certain influencing factors to forecast future trends of the markets including whether prices will go up or down.  A technical analyst uses certain factors and tools to make these forecasts.

This position requires a smart, forward thinking individual with a passion for financial markets.  The resume for a technical analyst should emphasize their track record in successfully forecasting future trends.
